Yesterday was the district tournament for the winter bowling league i was in. 40 teams entered and the field was cut to 20 after 3 games. My partner and i made the first cut which i was really happy about. After that we played one game before each next cut which went 10,6,4, and then the final 2. We somehow managed to make it all the way to the final and bowled against 2 good friends of ours. We lost in the final but we won $3300 and our friends won $6600. It was an amazing day! Well it’s almost time for the World Cup final!!!

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of posts and replies the past couple weeks. I had a problem logging into my blog and was unable to do anything until it got fixed. All good now though! Who’s been watching the World Cup? I’ve seen some great games. Was sad to see Italy get knocked out in the first round but they really didn’t come ready to play. Looking forward to the Argentina vs. Germany game. Should be a good one. Messi has been amazing to watch.

Last nite was the last week of my winter bowling league. I had a good nite with 2 games over 200. We won all 3 games and finished 4th out of 28 teams. I had to work this morning for a couple hours and now i’m gonna jump on my bike and go for a ride. It’s going to be a gorgeous day. It’s already 80 degrees! Enjoy the weekend everyone!

Hey guys and gals, hope everyone had a fun and safe memorial day weekend! Mine was busy, lots of college and high school grad parties to attend for friends and their kids. I didn’t think i knew so many people, lol. I was actually able to sneak out for a little personal time yesterday and log some good miles on my bike. I rode about 30 and it was a perfect day for a ride. The rain has been ruining my riding chances lately and sure enough it’s supposed to rain this coming weekend too. I can’t believe it’s June in california and it’s still fucking raining! My winter bowling league is almost over, we have 2 weeks left and we’re in the top 10 so there’s a pretty solid chance we’ll move on to the next tournament where we can actually win some money. I’m a bit sore from yesterday so i’m gonna go do a nice stretching session before i hit the gym. Have a great week everyone!!!

Busy week at work, doing a job way down in the south bay. 2 hour commute      Happy hump day!

It’s been a gorgeous week! A little windy but that’s ok, at least it’s not raining. I’ve been working all over the bay area and then riding to the gym with Nash. We’re hitting the weights hard and putting in some good miles on the bikes. I plan to get in a long ride on Saturday with my friend John who’s training for the Aids Life Cycle, we’ll probably do 60 or 70 miles, i’m pumped for it! Tomorrow nite is bowling league, my partner and i are making a late season charge, we’ve moved from 21’st to 7th in the last 4 weeks. We also bowled in a scotch doubles tournament on saturday and took 2nd place, only missed first by 21 pins. Hope you’re all having a great week, Ironman 2 tomorrow!!!!

Hey everyone! I had a very nice weekend. Friday nite my team bowled the number one team in my bowling league and we won all three games, it was awesome! Saturday i relaxed a little during the day then went to an amateur MMA event that nite. There were some very exciting fights. Sunday Nash and i went cycling with a friend of ours and poor Nash forgot to zip his bike bag up and lost his phone and wallet on the ride. We spent 2 hours riding back and forth trying to find them but no luck. Fortunately for him a woman found his wallet and saw his gym card inside so she took it to our gym and he got it back. This week is all construction work and trying to fit in workouts after work. I’m pretty tired today so i think i’m gonna skip the gym and relax a bit. Probably catch up on some tv shows on demand then head to bed a bit early. Hope you all had a good monday!
